Exchange & Return Policy

Track Your Package:

Once we receive your order, we will deliver your watches ASAP. Your package's tracking number will be sent to you by Email, so please make sure your email address is valid.


At, to make certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. We offer 180 calendar days warranty, if there is any quality issue with your watch, please contact our customer center. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option. The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It doesn't cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty isn't any good after you open any product that isn't intended to be opened - please don't try and fix anything yourself.

Exchange & Return Policy:

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price, here are few requirements:

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For exchanges, we will exchange only what the customer returns.

Faulty items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the equivalent model.

We offer a 14 days REFUND policy, if you are not satisfied with the item you bought, we would only issue a refund if:

1. The item is in its original condition, which means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with.

2. The item is returned within 14 days of purchase. (Count from the day you received it.)

3. After 14 days we may not issue a refund, but exchanges is acceptable.

4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

5. The refund amount will be the exact amount you paid for the item without shipping fee.

6. Exchanges will be subject to price difference adjustment (if there is any).

7. All returns: please contact before returning of the goods to avoid unnecessary costs on both sides.


We don't accept refund or exchange for product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products.
